Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider, Clerk, collects your name, email address, and login credentials.
• Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment details directly; we do not store your full card numbers.
• Newsletter email. If you sign up for our newsletter or product updates, we collect the email address you provide.
• Usage and analytics data. We collect information about how you interact with the site, including session recordings, through PostHog (see the next section).

We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay. Session replay records interactions with our site — such as clicks, navigation, and scrolling — to help us understand how the product is used and where to improve it. Sensitive input fields are masked so their contents are not captured.

We also capture standard analytics, including pageviews and general device and browser information (for example, browser type, operating system, and approximate region).

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you signed in), analytics, and remembering your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

We rely on the following providers to run Seasonality Lab:

• Clerk— authentication and account management.
• Stripe— payment processing.
• PostHog— product analytics and session replay.
• Vercel— website hosting.
• Supabase— database and data storage.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• process payments and manage subscriptions;
• send newsletter and product updates if you have opted in;
• maintain the security and integrity of the site; and
• analyze usage so we can make the product better.

If you opt in to our newsletter or updates, we will send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every such email, or by contacting us at hello@seasonalitylab.com.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we retain it only for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA).If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Other jurisdictions.Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR — for example, rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@seasonalitylab.com and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
