Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Seasonality Lab provides historical seasonality data for stocks and ETFs, per-stock seasonal analysis, and a subscription-based screener tool. The data is sourced from third-party providers and covers historical periods. The Service is informational software, not a brokerage, advisory, or trading platform.

The screener is offered as a paid subscription. Billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

The specific pricing, billing cycle, and refund terms that apply to your subscription are presented to you at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute our data or content;
• abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• share or use more than one account per user.

The Service, including its design, software, compiled data, and the seasonality metrics we compute, is the property of Seasonality Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying market data belongs to its respective providers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seasonality Lab and its operator will not be liable for any investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes any decisions you make based on the data or content provided.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seasonality Lab and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
